Always publish audio files as MP3 with a bitrate of 128. This is high enough quality while still having a small file size.
Not sure what the kbps is for a file? Right click, select Properties > Details > Bit Rate
File format for production
When creating audio content, the best format to use is FLAC or WAV. They are both lossless format. FLAC is half the size of WAV.
The bitrate for audio recording doesn’t need to be higher than 320kbps
Two tracks for two speakers
Make sure that both recordings are done at the same frequency, 44,100Hz.
